Using energetics and frequency may sound very ‘woo’, however it is easy to understand how a television receives information to give us channels to watch, or using a remote control to change those channels. Kelly talks to the body by tuning into the frequency of the body in the same way that a radio tunes into the frequency of the station. When you change the channel on your TV you don’t see the signal travelling from the remote control to the TV, the change simply happens, but how? Through frequency. This type of energy healing works exactly the same way.

The number one question asked before coming under Kelly’s care is “how many sessions does it take?”. The answer is not one that people usually like, but it is the truth. It’s sort of like asking “how long is a piece of string?”. Every body is different. Every body has different levels of toxicity and disconnection as well as blockages from scarring and microbe activity. Every body also detoxes and integrates new information differently.

Having said that however, usually between 3-5 sessions produces beautiful results when working on one issue. If there are several issues or it is a complicated case, of course it may be a longer journey.
