During each 1:1 session with Kelly you may experience something different. It all depends on what your energy shows it requires to facilitate the shift that is in your highest good. Kelly uses her intuitive gifts including channeling spirit guides, light language, card readings and crystals in her sessions. It is the blending of everything she has learned over many years (and lifetimes if you want to go into the depths of woo), that creates the magic for her clients.

Sometimes during sessions it becomes apparent that memories are being held in the body causing blockages and trauma from past experiences, even past lives. This can also be explored if it is in your highest good.

True alignment comes from treating the body, the mind and the spirit together. We are not separate and therefore they all must be nurtured and nourished together for the ultimate healing experience.

During a first session of intuitive development lots of blockages in the body need to be identified and removed. This can take little bit of time so please be patient in your pursuit of answers. Every session is an unpeeling, a shifting down through the layers. It is completely up to you how deep you want to go.
