The Naturopathic principle is that given the tools and environment it needs to heal, the body WILL heal. We all need a little guidance at time specific to our own body and where we are in our journey through life. Lots of questions are to be asked as you are treated mind, body and spirit. This is the nature of true holistic heath care.
Energy Healing
Frequency healing is the art of tuning into the body in the same way a radio tunes into the frequency of the radio station playing your favourite music. In this way we can "talk" to the body and find out what's happening quickly and in a non-invasive way.

This is where healing can be not only fun but deeply transformative!
Having affirmation in the physical world that the messages guiding us gives us the confidence to continue to trust, to listen and have faith. Having guidance and the tools needed to raise your vibration, and receiving answers quickly will allow ease and grace to flow.

Offerings
I am currently offering one on one services with adults and with children. Typically a session is 1hr with an adult and 30 minutes with a child under 12yrs. These sessions can include: bioresonance, naturopathy, intuitive meditation and channeled messages as well as a custom blended essence or oil. Sessions are $180 for 60 mins and $95 for 30 mins. You can book a session at a time conveninent to you through the calendar below.

I also offer access to a Daily Alignment group within Facebook where you have access to daily card readings for the energies of the day and also daily meditations which are either live streamed or a video uploaded daily. This is a FREE group where I go live regularly to discuss energies, do a live reading and meditation. This is a fun space but also respectful as we have lots of different people from different places in different stages of life and spiritual journey. You can access this group HERE
