My true gift is that I am able to talk the body and find out what is blocking you emotionally, holding you back spiritually, and impacting you physically. I have a passion and a knack for helping my clients connect the dots and learn the tools so they can guide themselves out of the muck and back into alignment with ease. I help them discover exactly what is causing the blockage, and where it is held in the body, then support the body through the process of letting go. The body can then tell me exactly what it needs to facilitate physical healing when the emotional stickiness has been transmuted. I work with my clients to their highest good and support in many ways. The body but one aspect of our being, and holistic healing means looking at the whole.
My absolutely FAVOURITE part of what I do is emotional work and chakra healing. Clearing the body of emotional and energetic blockages is key to helping resolve symptoms such as intolerances to food, allergies and pain. The problems that I find in the body don't begin in the body. They begin as energy. The monkey mind creates a story which shifts into dense energy held in the body and perhaps experienced as anger, resentment or fear. From here this dense emotional energy creates behaviours like self-sabotages which block us from our own innate ability to create what we want in this life. The pattens of behaviours and long held onto energy then result in dis-ease manifesting in the physical body. If you want to live the life that you have long held a vision for, you must address all of these aspects.
Shifting these energies, I will often recommend very simple changes like earthing, meditations, improving sleeping habits, belly breathing and even connecting with your inner child via the toy shop on your way home! As children we are naturally connected to who we really are, and it's such a sad thing that often societal norms steer us away from our heart's desires. I encourage you to embrace yourself wholeheartedly. Your differences are what makes you beautiful. How boring would it be if we were all the same, and yet 'normal' is what so many of us have been conditioned to being?! Your biggest gift in this world is your ability to be you. There is nobody else who can you see!
