Wow! We made it! 2019 is energetically set up to be an absolutely cracking year and I can’t wait to get stuck into providing healthy educational workshops! I have the best clients and community around me, and doing workshops like this is my way of giving back as freely as I possibly can to benefit all of us. In recent times we have found ourselves in a place where we are very much on our own raising our children and living our own lives. Our sense of community and ‘village’ has all but disappeared. Well, through doing these workshops and growing my community it’s time to bring the village back!
Many of the workshops this year will be held at my home so that those who make those amazing connections with others will have a chance to have a cuppa (yes I will have herbals teas) and a chat with likeminded people. Doing these simple things enable us to grow closer and develop more of a support network for us all.
So many of my amazing clients and friends have made awesome suggestions and requests about the content that we will cover off this year and I have to say that it is JUICY, so let’s dive into what we are going to be doing!!

Coping with Anxiety for Big AND Little People
Sunday 3rd February 2pm
This is such a HUGE topic. Approximately 80% of my clients all suffer from anxiety at some level, and that includes the gorgeous children that I see. Having tools to cope with anxiety helps immensely, and being aware of when and how to use those tools is even better! In this workshop we are going to talk about anxiety, what is means for you and how you feel it in your body and emotionally. We are going to talk about how to shift that feeling, whether through techniques or tools such as essential oils and food!
Children are welcome, but of course your responsibility, as I will be holding it from my home, I think it will be great for us big people to really embrace this one so we can show our little people what we have learned so they can cope better when they are struggling.
Cost: $15
Tickets are not refundable, but can be transferred.

Manifestation Magic & Crystal Gridding
Sunday 24th February 2pm
I get asked quite a lot of to manifest correctly! We all want to allow flow, see the synchronicities and see what we have asked for manifest into reality. Manifesting is, believe it or not, quite easy!
In this workshop we are going to explore what it takes to properly manifest what it is we want into our lives with ease. If you have never meditated before or been able to identify what it feels like to live from heart space and therefore manifest from the heart it doesn’t matter, I will teach you how to “drop in” to this space. We are also going to explore other tools such as essential oils and crystal grinding!
Crystal gridding is a great tool especially when learning how to manifest and direct energy to grow something in your life, whether that be yourself or something physical. Everyone will leave the workshop with knowledge of how to place and activate a crystal grid. You will each receive a bag of crystals and quartz points for amplifying your desire to take home with you so you can practise!
Cost: $75 (includes pack of crystals and refreshments)
Suitable for 12yrs and up (sorry no small children for this one due to the size of the crystals and need for quiet and focus)

Busy Mums Fill Your Cup
Sunday 7th April 2pm
As a Mum I used to find myself filling the cup of everyone else before my own. I would attend to my partner, children, friends and family before I looked at my own needs. It has only been after doing a depth of emotional work on myself that I realise that I need to fill my own cup first. Because, after all you cannot drink from an empty cup!
If we neglect our own needs and the connection to ourselves, we can hardly go around helping others and running ourselves ragged. It’s not healthy for us, and it sets a poor example for our children to follow. Our needs are important, and taking a small amount of time each day to connect to ourselves, drop into our heart space and honour ourselves is not a difficult practise.
Sometimes we have to be reminded of our beauty and our strengths. This workshop is about learning how to connect into ourselves and how we can support each other throughout our journey with motherhood and womanhood because I think we lose a lot of that when we become mothers.
Cost: $15 (includes refreshments)
Suitable for mothers of all ages! Children unfortunately cannot attend this one, this is just for us!

The Low Down on Detox
Sunday 19th May 2pm
Supporting the body’s own detoxifications processes doesn’t have to be difficult! We are going to have a chat about what foods to use to help the body detox, ensuring the body has the nutrients it requires so that the liver can move through both Phase I and II detox and support the kidneys as well. Moving the lymph is also really important when detoxing so I will talk about gentle lifestyle changes that can be easily implemented.
Juicing, fasting, broths, teas and essential oils… we are going to talk about all of it and what helps work best. I’m going to talk about methylation, which seems to be a hot topic of recent times, as well as pyrolles and a leaky gut. I will talk about pesticides and glyphosate and why we need to be open to having discussions about why GMOs are dangerous and have no place in our food supply.
Finally we are going to juice up a storm, all organic of course!
Cost: $25 (including refreshments + organic juice)
Children welcome, they are of course your responsibility.

Winter Wellness: Gut & Immune Health
Sunday July 21st 2pm
Whether you are someone who rarely gets sick or someone who finds themselves catching every bug there is always something more we can do for our gut and immune health. I’ll be talking about the micro biome and immune bodies and all about how to promote great immunity.
Mast-cell activation syndrome has been a pretty hot topic, so this will be a great workshop to attend for those who want to know how to help their body get on top of histamine issues and inflammatory immune reactions that can get out of control.
We will chat about immune support for the whole family, what foods and nutrients are best to promote healing and good health and why. I myself have not had a need to take antibiotics since I became a Naturopath because I now understand that when we support our bodies’ natural immunity getting sick is a rarity. When I do fall sick once in a blue moon I have an arsenal of help at my fingertips to shorten the symptoms and duration naturally, without pharmaceutical medications.
Cost: $15 (including refreshments)
Children are welcome, but please if you or your little ones are unwell please keep your germs at home π

Flower Essences and Emotions
Sunday September 15th 2pm
I have been using flower essences both for myself and family and in clinic for almost 5 years. I have learned how to integrate them nicely with bioresonance therapy with absolutely astounding results. Seeing the results I have in clinic and for myself I feel compelled to share my knowledge with others around what each of the essences can be used for and how they can work even more powerfully together.
We can all identify with different aspects of each of the flowers and therefore will find benefit when taken as needed. Each person attending will receive a flower essence custom blended for you after the workshop.
Cost: $25 (including a flower essence)
Children are welcome, but are of course your responsibility.

Sensory Support for the Spectrum
Sunday October 20th 2pm
This special day is being designed for the incredible kids that I see every day in clinic who happen to have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). I LOVE working with these special kids, they light me up and touch my heart. Seeing changes in them and helping them cope better in situations that they would usually find difficult is the most rewarding experience I could possibly hope for.
I’m going to talk about implementing tools such as bioresonance therapy, flower essences and essential oils into your arsenal of support for your family, often bringing the most astonishing of results.
I think it’s very important to talk about methylation when it comes to ASD and what supplements are best and easy to take to help gently detoxify and promote wellbeing. Having a calmer home makes an enormous difference and getting this right can be key to navigating the rainbow of emotion that ASD can bring to all.
Cost: $15 (including refreshments)
Children are welcome, but are of course your responsibility.

Connection before Christmas
Sunday 24th November 2pm
Okay, so this one isn’t exactly about physical health but you will find it indirectly π
Before the Christmas craziness begins I would like to talk about giving to others gifts that allow us to connect better to one another and ourselves. At this special workshop we will have other small business owners with great products show you their goods at special prices. This supports other small business owners, likeminded health conscious individuals who put a lot of time and effort into developing products and services to make our lives better!
Before our little Christmas market begins, we will have a chat around remaining grounded throughout the holiday season. Making good decisions for our health both emotionally and physically supports not just us but our entire families during a time that is often so hectic and stressful.
We will also share a few little healthy Christmas recipes to give you delicious menu options without the extra gluten and sugar!
Cost: FREE
Children are welcome, but are of course your responsibility.
